These terms and conditions are applied to accommodation reservations made through online and offline channels.

• Payment must be made in cash or by credit card upon arrival. Invoicing customers according to a separate agreement. We accept the following means of payment: Visa, Master, Bank card and cash payment. The hotel has the right to charge the guest's credit card for the first night in order to confirm the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests upon check-in.
• Every booking must be attended by registered guests and according to the details of arrival and departure date which are stated in the confirmation letter.
• Guest with non-cancellable reservation will be liable for the full duration of their original booking.
• All hotel’s rooms are non-smoking rooms; however, the hotel is providing a smoking area in certain spots. If a guest violates this rule, he/she is responsible for compensating for all costs caused.
• Guests are responsible for the costs caused by a breach of the general rules of conduct.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Children under 12 years old is not allowed to stay, unless the parent taking responsibility for all the possibilities that might be happened
